About the position:
You are the trusted advisor for heads of marketing and media directors of global brands in France. Based out of the office combined fleixible home office days you are going to build strong relations and maintain a big portfolio of clients.
The Customer Success Director for Strategic Accounts is the top relationship manager in France. You will keep track of the client’s satisfaction rate and work closely with sales and the CSM team.
You will be the most senior in the team and taking on the most key clients. As CSM Director you take on the task to improve the process internally and externally. This means you learn who all the key stakeholders are and be on top of any potential struggles that could influence the churn of clients.
The key points of the role:
- Be the go-to-person for global clients
- Give strategic advice on how to use the solution
- Negotiate and renew global contracts
- Drive customer success to the maximum
- Helping to drive business via the promotion of technical features
Your profile:
- 5+ years in digital media or ad tech as customer success manager
- Based in Paris
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience with global brands
- Looking for a team spirit organization
