Role: Head of Sales – Agency Lead Benelux

About the role:

The Head of Sales Benelux is an active sales role, you are leading a team by example. This means you have a hybrid responsibility. You are contributing as an individual sales manager and leading the team.

Your role is to expand the growing business, manage the P&L, set up a prospection strategy and execute this together with the team. The company is currently becoming the global market leader and has a great track record, reputation and marketing support. That gives you the opportunity to focus on sales and coaching the team to success.

This calls for a charismatic and driven personality. You must be able to present, speak and deliver case presentations in order to sell to media agencies and direct brands. Most of the role is concentrated to the French speaking marketing however speaking Flemish (Dutch) would be a nice addition to your profile, it’s not a must.
