About the company: Join a digital first company
As a programmatic consultant you will join this international media company that is growing faster than ever before. You will be part of a digital first media agency. Unlike most big agencies they have a background in print and tv. This is not the case. The roots of the company have always been online.
The founders have been one of the first paid search and organic traffic experts in London. They then grew the company to an international online marketing and consulting agency with about 150 people they now represent top brands with their display, video, social and search marketing campaigns.
Therefore, they need a programmatic consultant in their team. Who can join their experts in dealing with strategy and picking the newest tools to use. The company is highly tech and data driven. They work closely with several programmatic tech companies to develop and integrate these in their daily work.
The founders have always been close in the organization and organize annual trips for the whole team to make sure the employees feel motivated and supported. This is one of the key values and why most of the people stay for more than 5 to 6 years.
Programmatic Consultant: From RTB Display strategist to client relations
As a programmatic consultant you are the bridge between data, performance, and creative display campaigns. We all know that we can improve performance with testing and more budget. But when your clients all have worked for agencies and have a strong knowledge themselves about programmatic campaigns the need to be challenged. They expect that you as an expert can surprise them with something new.
The great thing about this role is that you will have an amazing group of colleagues. Who will share ideas, solutions and provide you with insights to help you drive the business of your clients to a higher level! You can present new strategies and grow your knowledge of programmatic advertising. This gives you a new inspiration and develop your career internally with best practices and business cases.
In short you will help the programmatic traders with setting up campaign strategies. Report the results to clients and help them achieve their goals. This role is also in line with either a head of programmatic position or product development role if you would like to dive deep into the depths of programmatic ad tech.

• University degree or Bachelor level
• 3 years of experience in programmatic
