The reason they are going to invest in The French market is that they have a stable business in The Netherlands, Germany, Italie and the Nordics. France is the next step in their growth plan for 2022. This gives you the momentum to help this company scale further in to Europe!
The company is based in The Netherlands and has several offices in Europe. With the current expansion strategy, they have France on the map. That is why they are looking for a driven business developer that can build up a business from scratch. A real sales challenge. You will be the first person for the French market. That means you are going to help set up the office, be the face of the company in France. That give you a massive responsibility and learning opportunity.
The role: Sales Manager who will open the French market
As Sales Manager you will oversee the business development in the French market. This means you will map out and reach out to clients directly. You will be onboarded and trained in the product and the services of the company at the office in the Netherlands.
The role is a real business development role. That will ask your pure focus and hunter mentality. The market has not been developed that means you will build the network, grow the brand awareness and use the phone, email and linkedin to connect with top decision makers. This role of sales manager is in line with country manager and head of sales if the company will start to hire news sales managers.
At the company you will have a personal development plan for both professional and personal. They take great care of their employees with sales training, professional career coaching, health and sport facilities near or at the office. This is how important team and employees are for the company.
As Sales Manager you will have full autonomy in organizing your agenda and new business strategy. You will be speaking with IT departments, Engineers, and CEOs to motivate, convince and demonstrate the opportunities to work together and optimize their workflow.

What are they offering you?
• CDI French Contract €80.000, – OTE
• Fixed salary between €50.000, – and €60.000, –
• Bonus of €20.000, – annual
• Travel and accommodation expenses covered
