Your role as VP of Sales: Show, lead and grow the business.
This is mission for those who can motivate, generate, and execute a strategy that will inspire their future team. You will be the first on the ground and close the first clients. You are not starting from scratch. But you will be the person representing the company in France and creating the first momentum.
Your prospects are the biggest retail and consumer brands on a global level, speaking with C-Level and setting up the process for the team to hire. You will hand pick and hire the best team you can find and should be + 6 by the end of the year. The budget and headcounts are signed, you will have agency and internal support for growth in people and marketing efforts. If you have previously had success in the French digital advertising market and you have worked with international MarTech or AdTech companies before we would love to hear from you.

What are they looking for in your profile?
- Fluent and strong English communication skills written and spoken.
- You speak French at a native level
- Based in Paris
- Experience in digital advertising, video, and branding, AdTech
- A driven personality
- Good understanding of sales strategies both operational and high level
- You are a market challenger
- Strong focus on facts, numbers, and results
- Able to manage a P&L
- A network of global consumer brands FMCG
